چکیده
The ability to treat saltwater make it suitable for human consumption has long been sought by mankind. More than three-quarters of the earth’s surface is covered with saltwater. Although this water important some forms transportation and fishing, contains too much salt sustain life or agricultural activities. current work consists building a low-cost solar still numerically modeling device predict performance without using any experimental measurements. simulated results were compared best values obtained from water-covering temperatures desalinated yield under Brazilian climatic conditions (coordinates: 23°26′31.344″ S 46°27′27.468″ W). simulation in acceptable agreement data. main indicate that greater efficiency when volume smaller inside equipment owing lower height global radiation intensity. In addition, numerical allows analysis behavior fraction over time vapor indicates better production after 30 min.
